Reactions:

Sometimes financial is the main issue in a particular area. The budgeting of money shall be implemented and observed quietly. Some of the organizations in the university were not spending the budget properly. They cannot present any liquidation and receipts. I would suggest that monitoring the budget !and support of finance must be observed strictly.

Goal 9: Pursue Outstanding Human and Organizational Development.

audiences.

5. Foster good media and public relations.

6. Coordinate the University image building and branding.


Reactions:

It talks about the performance of each individual inside the university. The students shall be responsible anytime and anywhere and shall be independent. They shall be competitive and adopt good values. To the faculties and some of them were very strict and unapproachable. They are not flexible instead of serving us in proper way; some of them would not listen to us and would get mad. Besides it is their duty to help us. Please change your attitude. Be a model.

Goal 8: Implement Massive Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Development.

1. Fully automate management information systems.

2. Upgrade MIS infrastructure (hardware/network capability).

3. Enhance computing facilities in the main and external campuses.

4. Develop technology-enhanced teaching and learning environment.

Reactions:

This goal emphasizes the use of ICT as the learning tool. Some of the students do not know how to operate computers even some of the teachers. I would suggest that there should be a computer class so that while the university is busy in improving the ICT, also the students and teachers will not be left behind for some advancement of ICT or technology.
